Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») defines how personal data of users of INTsmm — a Telegram SMM panel for channel and group promotion — is processed.

By using the site, registering, or placing orders, you confirm that you have read the Policy. The Policy supplements the Terms of Service and does not replace them.

We process only data required to provide services, ensure security, and offer support:

• Registration: email, password hash (bcrypt), registration date, referral code (if applicable).
• Profile and orders: links to Telegram channels/groups, order parameters, fulfillment history, statuses.
• Finance: balance, deposit and withdrawal history, payment identifiers (on-chain hash, gateway ID).
• Support: ticket correspondence and attached materials.
• Telegram bot: Telegram ID and username when linking or contacting support via bot.
• Technical: IP address, User-Agent, session data, cookies (see (Cookie Agreement).

We do not request bank card numbers or account details — top-ups are made via cryptocurrency and payment gateways.

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and do not sell databases to third parties.

• Contract performance — providing SMM panel services.
• Consent — Telegram linking, optional cookies (analytics/advertising), voluntary data in tickets.
• Legitimate interest — security, audit logs, bot protection.
• Legal obligation — responding to lawful requests from authorized authorities.

• Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes.
• Traffic is encrypted with TLS/HTTPS.
• Database access is limited to authorized personnel.
• PHP sessions are stored in Redis with a 30-minute inactivity timeout.

We do not sell personal data. Sharing is possible only with:

• Telegram — when using the bot and notifications (telegram.org/privacy).
• Payment providers — to identify transfers (CrystalPay, on-chain, etc.) without sharing email.
• Account Hub — service order IDs for reserving fulfillment accounts.
• Government authorities — upon a lawful request.

In brief: necessary cookies (PHP session, CSRF, referral smm_ref) always run. Analytics and advertising cookies are enabled only with your consent via the site banner.

Under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ, you have the right to:

• obtain information about how your data is processed;
• request a copy or correction of your data;
• withdraw consent (where processing is consent-based);
• request deletion where there is no lawful basis to retain data;
• appeal the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or a court.

Submit requests via a support ticket or Telegram @INTmarketcc_support with the subject «Personal data». Response time — up to 30 calendar days.

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such an account is discovered, it will be deleted upon request.

Infrastructure and contractors may be located outside the Russian Federation. We ensure adequate protection: encryption, access restrictions, and contractual obligations with processors.

The current version is always available on this page. Material changes may be announced in your dashboard. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated version.
